I came here for 1 night and had a really really nice stay. Everything there was good and the staff were extremely friendly. Booked a double room, that included a microwave oven, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities. Location: the hotel was close to the main boulevard in Castro Valley and the golf course and RESTAURANTS WITH LONGER OPERATING HOURS...

great park access and nearby attractions for city explorers
I loved that I could easily access Lake Chabot Regional Park with beautiful walking trails and fine views. The nearby Don Castro Regional Recreation Area made morning strolls a dream, giving me the chance to soak in nature while staying close to amazing city vibes. The staff were kind and accommodating which added to the overall comfort .

The room had an comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Fast internet and a larger fridge were great conveniences . The cleanliness left much to be desired. Visible dust and unvacuumed carpets were concerning. The air conditioning was overly cold. Breakfast options could have been better, as it was a standard continental offering.
